The training is interval based and sessions include a combination of structured activities such as cardio interval circuits and boxing/kickboxing strength work that will get your legs ands arms moving and your heart pumping. The session also involves exercises that will target all areas of the body such as squats, push-ups and sit-ups.

The classes require no previous experience in boxing and are suitable for both men and women of all fitness levels.

Groups are small to enable each person the correct guidance on technique. This session is ideal if you lead a busy life and only have limited time for exercise per week as you can get an overall workout in one session.
