The personal training sessions are specified training sessions just for you. They are tailored specifically for you depending on your goals and physical fitness levels. Trim with Tim will design a program for you, taking into account not only your individual goals, but also your health and exercise background, lifestyle and preferred exercise methods.
All training sessions may be booked at a time and place of your convenience and workouts can be conducted outdoors, at parks, or even at your home.
Buddy training is another option, where you can team up with a partner/friend/wife/husband. This is where there are two clients and the one trainer, which not only provides great motivation but is also cost-effective.
